To return goods purchased:
1. A valid receipt is required.
2. Goods must be returned within a reasonable time frame.
3. All returns are at the discretion of management.
4. Goods accepted for return may be exchanged by arrangement and must be in a saleable condition.
5. Goods faulty at the time of purchase will be exchanged or refunded. Goods are to be checked prior to leaving the premises.
6. Warranty claims – as per warranty.
7. Cash refunds will not be given for credit card purchases
Simply changing your mind, or damage to goods after purchase, is not a valid reason for refund.
